As I scarf down a bowl of sugary Miniwheats in 1 minute flat before class, I realize that this isn’t a great way to end my free inquiry. My goal was to prioritize myself, but the fact that I’m attending university and starting a second (third?) career with young kids at home… I’m already prioritizing myself. In person accountability is a must for me to stay on point with tracking my intake and output and so I’ve decided to forgive myself and just aim to be healthy until I have the time for a little bit more self care. There is simply too much going on right now to rearrange myself.
